1. The number of times of turning over is less.

Too much silicone oil is added in the process of making the silicon mold, and the silicone oil can damage the molecular weight of the silica gel, so that the mold can have the phenomena of less mold turnover times and the like. If a product with a complex pattern is used, the mold is opened with a large-hardness silica gel, and the phenomenon of low turnover times can occur, because the excellent time of the silica gel is very brittle and can be easily broken.

2. The phenomenon of burning-out

Since the unsaturated resin and the resin product are added with the curing agent of the peroxide, a large amount of heat can be generated in the reaction of the resin, and the curing time of the resin is 3 minutes, so that the phenomenon of no burning of the silicon mold can be prevented until the resin is removed as soon as possible after 3 minutes.

 

3. There is a phenomenon of inaction in the watch.

Mold silica gel is a kind of condensed silica gel, which is solidified by absorbing water in the air. In the process of making silica gel, the water is evaporated, but the proper amount of water is not added, which will occur this phenomenon. As long as in the use of silica gel, an appropriate amount of 0.05% water, stirring evenly can solve some of the situation.

4. The phenomenon of tension difference

in the process of manufacturing the silicon mold, in order to reduce the viscosity of the silica gel, the silica gel is easy to operate, and the silicone oil is added in a large amount in the silica gel, so that the silica gel becomes soft, the tensile force is reduced, the tearing strength is reduced, and the tension is poor, so that the mold is not durable, And the phenomenon of short service life, low turnover times and the like is avoided.

Mold silica gel itself will not emit oil, oil injection is due to the addition of compound silicone oil (silicone oil and white oil complex ligands), because white oil is a petrochemical product, not silicone oil.

 

5. The mold is not acid and alkali resistant and has no aging resistance.

In the process of making a silicon mold, it is preferable not to add any silicone oil, and if desired, the amount of the silicone oil is not more than 5% to 10%. Because the added amount of the silicone oil can destroy the molecular weight of the silica gel, the mold can produce the phenomenon of no acid and alkali resistance and no aging resistance.

6. The surface of the mould is marked with marks, striations, non-smooth, etc.

This phenomenon is due to the fact that the product or model to be copied is not ground or polished. It is also a case that when the mold release agent is used, the coating is not even applied, and the mold is not smooth.
