1. High strength resin
With strength comparable to ABS, these materials strike a balance between strength and elongation, giving SLA 3D printing products better impact resistance and strength for automotive, industrial and consumer product manufacturing.Carbon’s EPX 81, for example, exhibits mechanical properties comparable to 20% glass-filled PBT, with a thermal deformation temperature of 140 degrees Celsius and high wear resistance.
2. High temperature resin
SLA 3D printing has excellent dimensional stability and can be used for high-light resistant exhibition models, faucets, plumbing and furniture electrical prototypes, as well as for components that require long-term thermal stability in automotive, aerospace and other industrial equipment.
3. Casting resin
SLA 3D printing is already being used for precision casting, which has a low coefficient of expansion and burns all the polymers during combustion, leaving only the shape of the final product.
4. Transparent resin
Transparent resin is a low viscosity photosensitive polymer suitable for making strong and waterproof components. The product is almost colorless and can also be colored to look more like real transparent plastic.
5. Elastic resin
Elastic resin is a highly elastic, tear resistant material with excellent elastic properties under compression load and cyclic tensile pressure, comparable to traditional TPU elastomers, mainly used in footwear, sporting goods, robotics, artificial limbs and consumer goods manufacturing.
6. Flexible resin
Flexible resin is not as elastic as elastic resin, it is a semi-rigid, wear-resistant, repeatedly stretchable material, suitable for the requirements of toughness and repeated stress, this material material provides high impact strength, is the perfect choice for making shell parts.
7. Medical resin
Medical resins are designed for use in medical systems, skin contact devices, pharmaceutical contact devices, and disposable medical device application components to produce safe and reliable end-use products for patients.
