    Parts Design Checking

    Usually, customer will send us 2D& 3D models about parts design.

    2D with .pdf  or .dwg format and 3D with .igs or .stp format.

    Prepare Material

    Mold is now widely used, it has been applied to all walks of life, when the mold is used in different places, the materials needed to use are different, so when people process the mold, they need to choose the materials suitable for the mold according to the characteristics of the product to be processed. When different molds are processed, The choice of materials is very important, only by choosing suitable materials, can we make the mold

    Rough Processing

    The plane and side of the mold are preliminarily processed. When roughing the mold, the materials required are generally different, and the selected version is different.

    Fine Processing

    After rough processing, the next need to carry out fine processing, fine processing, generally use the grinder to carry out, in the process of processing need to use plywood or some other processing methods, to constantly grind the mold, fine processing process is very high, generally need to polish the plane into a right Angle.

    Draw Lines
